SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
PEAC Performance has become synonymous with the term sports performance training. At PEAC Performance, exercise physiologists, professional athletes and strength coaches have dedicated themselves to researching the most effective methods for improving sports conditioning in our clients through superior attention to each individuals personal needs and goals.
Degreed and certified professionals by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) design all workouts at PEAC Performance. The Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification is the only strength training and conditioning certification to be nationally accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and has been nationally accredited since 1993. It is the gold standard for sports performance training.
Our CSCS trainers are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. PEAC Performance conducts a Sports Performance LifeCycle Assessment, designs and implements safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs, and provides guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.
We know each sport and each position requires a specific and unique style of training. Our advanced strength and conditioning programs are designed to enhance athletic performance for all ages, beginner to professional, and team player or individual sports through:

Our Training Center located in Ivyland-Warminster, PA boasts an artificial turf agility area, weight room, various speed/agility/power enhance modalities, outdoor obstacle course, locker rooms, cardio equipment and everything else an athlete needs to take their game to the next level.
Ages 12-18 are the most ideal ages for an athlete to develop speed, agility, power and strength. After the Performance LifeCycle Assessment, a program is designed specifically for the athlete. The athlete will be placed in a small group (maximum 8) with athletes similar in athletic ability and age. Group times are available 6 days a week.
Option 1: An athletic development session (approx. 60 minutes) including performance enhancement training along with beginner level strength training exercises. Typical age for the group is 10-14.
Option 2: An athletic development session (approx. 90-120 minutes) including performance enhancement training, along with highly advanced and intense strength training. The training is sport-specific and based upon the concept of periodization. This allows the athlete to get optimal gains and train specifically for pre, post, or in-season. The typical age for this group is 14+.
We start all of our athletes off with the Performance LifeCycle Assessment so we can learn everything about the person from injuries/limitations to goals and current fitness levels/athletic abilities. PEAC Performance will test speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness, strength, balance, core strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and more.
