Our Methods

We are located inside of Schafer Sport Center which is a state-of-the art facility with 9,000 square feet of open turf space, along with a 4,000 square foot weight room. We are filled with various training modalities to make your training experience enjoyable and as effective as possible.

Teach your body to maintain a functional position while changing direction at an accelerated pace.

Strength

Develop upper body, lower body and core strength in order to enhance performance.

Speed

Increase the rate your body can move across the ground. Whether it be forward, backward or laterally.
